‘Mobile’ photography has been around a while, as most other mobile devices have photographic capabilities. What they don’t have however, is the app support of the iPhone that makes this genre unique to iPhones and, whilst not wanting to sound like a bunch of sycophants, Apple. It seems that it is the apps that define it; the ability to shoot, edit and upload an image on one device is what makes iPhoneography great and unique - even for professionals.
